Just amazing, I don't know how you do it, as I can only write non fiction. Are the next two books along the same story line or completely different. Hi Carmel I finished the book a week or so ago and what a read! I tried not to finish it all at once so I had something to read on the train, but once I got started again I just had to keep going to see what happens. I never would have picked the ending. Mystery and surprise right up to the last page. Being a big reader, I can say with confidence that it is extremely well written and as good as any book I’ve read by an established/known author. The time you’ve spent consumed with this dream of yours has been well worth it. It’s fabulous and I’ve no doubt the next books will be just as good.

Dear Carmel I have recently finished reading “Tails Carried High” after borrowing it from a dear friend of mine who bought an autographed copy from you and I was so excited. I felt compelled to write to you and share what I received from this story. I find a book/story which captivates the reader so much so that he/she is not wanting to withdraw from reading it or is unwilling to put it down is an excellent book, to fulfill that task first is difficult yet you have done so for me as I continued reading your book. “Tails Carried High” is a book I could clearly picture in my head whilst I read. I was carried with the story and I felt the emotion in the characters and the story that was portrayed. This book was enjoyable, interesting, exciting, captivating, I became immersed in the thrill and anticipation of what was to unfold next. And what an exceptional testimony of the beautiful true Arabian Horse, giving me an even higher esteem of this magnificent steed. I felt privileged to be sharing and intertwining this journey with Jessikah, Marc, Doug, Emma and the other well caricaturized individuals in the story. I love horses and I empathize with people. And even though the fiction was illustrated well in this story I felt a recognition, a sense of pride even, when you describe scenes of Australia, and more so, Toowoomba and the Darling Downs. I am a local and I was excited to recall in my own memory the places described. I will be recommending your book to my friends and colleagues. I am so looking forward to the next edition. Congratulation on publishing such an exquisite book.
