TOP-CLASS Newcastle mare Cartoon Character, sold as part of Eddie Hayson's dispersal of horses, has returned to her Broadmeadow base.
Cartoon Character, which was trained by Kris Lees, was sold for $210,000 and bought by Nathan Tinkler's Patinack Farm. Cartoon Character is now in the Broadmeadow stables of Jason Coyle, the Newcastle trainer for Tinkler.
